As a business partner with Sales and Marketing, the Proposal Manager is responsible for the end to end management of the proposal development and bid submission process; helping lead the development of compelling, customized proposals in response to both RFPs and individual client requests for Future Design School products and services.
Grow an entire business unit and have tangible impact on the company’s bottom line. This role will be the first of its kind inside the organization and has unlimited potential for growth. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for investigating and guiding the bid process through to post-submission requests and debriefing, writing proposals and offering support to the partnerships team. The creative elements of the position include development of value propositions, writing targeted executive summaries and customizing each proposal consistent with customer requirements and Future Design School branding guidelines.
